REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

ALL ARE SALES FINAL

Due to the nature of Opulent Resilience Hair products there are no refunds or exchanges – NO EXCEPTIONS

If there is a mistake on our end, or the unit does not fit – you must return the product within 3 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse units sent back to us after the 3 day period. Once the lace is cut on the unit there is no returning, resizing or exchanging. We will only accept units which are unworn and unaltered in any way. If we decide to do a return there is a 10% restocking fee.

SHIPPING

All units are shipped through Canada Post.

All units have processing times under the product in the description. That time stated is the time your order will ship.

All orders come with signature confirmation.

When your order is shipped the tracking will be under your PayPal Account or under your PayPal email.

Orders shipped outside Canada are responsible for custom fees. We are not responsible for any custom fees. Once it leaves Canada we are not responsible for any issues that may arise.
