WHEN PLACING AN ORDER PLEASE CONFIRM AND ENSURE THAT YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION IS ACCURATE.

This includes your name, phone number; email address and both your billing address and your shipping address are entered correctly before completing your order.

BEFORE USING YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS

Please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure that you have received the correct length, colour, texture, and quality that you ordered. Inspect hair without cutting the zip tie, removing labels/tags. Do not unravel the bundles or alter the hair in any way including washing/ conditioning, cutting adding product or etc.

Once the hair is used or manipulated we are limited on what we can do to help you if a problem arises.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

There are no refunds or exchanges.

Due to sanitary and health regulations, all sales are final. There are absolutely NO exchanges on wigs or any used or manipulated hair extensions.

If a mistake has been made by Opulent Resilience Hair – you may exchange or return the product.  Please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receipt.  We reserve the right to refuse product(s) after the 3-day period.

If the item(s) has been used and/ or manipulated the exchange policy is void.

We will only accept items that have not been used or altered.

SALES ITEMS, CLEARANCE, DISCONTINUED ITEMS, CUSTOM ITEMS, CLOSURES, AND FRONTALS WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

When placing an order please confirm that both your billing address and your shipping address are entered correctly.

Our packages are shipped via by various postal companies but many via Canada Post. Standard shipping time takes 2 – 4 business days.

Orders may be subject to Customs Fees / Import Duties / Taxes / or Tariffs in which is the responsibility of the customer.  These fees are in addition to shipping costs.

We do ship internationally. Processing and shipping may take up to 14 business days depending on location and type of service requested.

Please allow 6-8 business days for order processing and an additional 3-4 business days for shipping. Please note this does not include weekends or holidays. Please allow 2 to 5 weeks for hair tool products

Orders placed on the weekend or holiday will begin processing the following business day.  When your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a shipping track number to the email address provided when ordering. Please be sure to check your junk mail folder if you have not received your track number with the first 8 days.

We value our customers and attempt to process and ship out our products quickly and efficiently. However, there are times unforeseen circumstances do arise.  (i.e. weather conditions, suppliers holidays and availability, logistics etc.)
