SHIPPING & PROCESSING

When placing an order please ensure and confirm that your contact information is accurate before completing your order. This includes your name, phone number; email address and both your billing address and your shipping address are entered correctly.

Orders may be subject to Customs Fees / Import Duties / Taxes / or Tariffs in which is the responsibility of the customer.  These fees are in addition to shipping costs.

Please allow 6-8 business days for order processing after confirming payment and an additional 3-4 business days for standard shipping. Please note this does not include weekends or holidays. International orders processing and shipping times may take up to 14 business days depending on location and type of service requested.

  Allow 2 to 5 weeks for hair tools.

We value our customers and attempt to process and ship out our products quickly and efficiently. However there are times unforeseen circumstances do arise.  (i.e. weather conditions, suppliers holidays and availability, logistics etc. )

Orders placed on the weekend or holiday will begin processing the following business day.  When your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a shipping track number to the email address provided when ordering. Please be sure to check your junk mail folder if you have not received your track number with the first 8 days.

Express Shipping

Expedited orders will only be shipped from Monday to Friday at this current time.  If you make your order on Friday, please expect your order to arrive with the next 2 business days.  

We do not offer combined shipping

If a separate order is placed unfortunately multi-shipping discounts will not be offered. All transactions will accompany a tracking number with each purchase order. Please also be aware that each transaction has a credit card processing fee associated with them.
